But I gotta say, Athena and Shane - with help from Tristen and Odin - did a real good job with all these kids. Athena taught Sekhmet how to study..
And helped the other kids learn to walk...

I meant to update After the quads grew up a bit (children or teens), but then I just never found the time, but I kept playing. But now you guys are as caught up as you possibly can be. That last shot of Demeter is the last picture I took when I last played the game, so nothing has happened beyond that moment.
We're almost to G10 of the Everson's! I cannot believe it. It honestly does feel like just yesterday I was playing the earlier generations. And this family has been SO different from my other big family, the Legacy's. G10. I can hardly wait!
Just some gameplay notes:
- Yes, quadruplets. Yes, I have the twin/triplet/quad hack. No, these quads were not a result of that hack. They happened because her birth got stuck in a loop. I'm guessing because so much was going on at the time with the arrival/departure of sims.. ONE baby was supposed to be born, and two cats were supposed to be dying, and somehow.. quads. I was shocked.
- Caring for the quads was easier than I thought it would be. I got three of the babies all on the same schedule, with one just a bit behind them. And then when they were toddlers, I got those floor blankets - LIFE SAVERS - and kept them all on a similar schedule and it was SO much easier to handle things.
- I'll apologize for both the number of pictures in this update and the LACK of pictures. There are so many because I've waited so long to update, but in going through to try to piece together an update, I'm missing SO MUCH just because I don't have pictures. Things like.. pictures of a lot of Athena's kids just hanging out together and playing (instead of just aging shots).. or most of Demeter's toddler/early childhood, etc. But sometimes - especially during the Have 10 Kid wants - it becoems a chore to make sure you're taking pictures.

They celebrated their golden anniversary, in fact. Athena really wanted to. So all their kids off at college came on over. From front to back.. Nefertiti, Ma'at, Osiris, Cronus (Athena's brother), Sekhmet and Waset.
Of course, Imhotep and Apophis were there too. They provided entertainment.
At least until the two of them shipped off to college. Most everyone was there to see 'em off, though.

Shane decided he wanted to write a book. About raising kids.
Well, since he has eleven kids, I'd say he's qualified.

Er. Well, we'll let Dionysus poke around for pictures. In the meantime, to you readers.. hope you enjoyed this update on the Everson's! Sorry is was SO picture heavy. I meant to update After the quads grew up a bit (children or teens), but then I just never found the time, but I kept playing. But now you guys are as caught up as you possibly can be. That last shot of Demeter is the last picture I took when I last played the game, so nothing has happened beyond that moment.
We're almost to G10 of the Everson's! I cannot believe it. It honestly does feel like just yesterday I was playing the earlier generations. And this family has been SO different from my other big family, the Legacy's. G10. I can hardly wait!
Just some gameplay notes:
- Yes, quadruplets. Yes, I have the twin/triplet/quad hack. No, these quads were not a result of that hack. They happened because her birth got stuck in a loop. I'm guessing because so much was going on at the time with the arrival/departure of sims.. ONE baby was supposed to be born, and two cats were supposed to be dying, and somehow.. quads. I was shocked.
- Caring for the quads was easier than I thought it would be. I got three of the babies all on the same schedule, with one just a bit behind them. And then when they were toddlers, I got those floor blankets - LIFE SAVERS - and kept them all on a similar schedule and it was SO much easier to handle things.
- I'll apologize for both the number of pictures in this update and the LACK of pictures. There are so many because I've waited so long to update, but in going through to try to piece together an update, I'm missing SO MUCH just because I don't have pictures. Things like.. pictures of a lot of Athena's kids just hanging out together and playing (instead of just aging shots).. or most of Demeter's toddler/early childhood, etc. But sometimes - especially during the Have 10 Kid wants - it becoems a chore to make sure you're taking pictures.
